Needless to say, that the underpinning purpose of an educational institution is the success of its students. Our aim is to automate campus engagement that results in better institution-student engagement with a positive impact on student success rates.
The seeds of this quest were sown during an enchanting desert winter season in Arizona, years ago, when I happened to meet with Brent Richardson, the then 'visionary CEO' of Grand Canyon University (GCU), who is now its Executive Chairman. There was instant synergy between his passion for high quality customer service and our skills in building software to solve business problems, though we had no experience in HE until then. The analytics that emanated from the software empowered decision makers to introduce a number of process optimization measures, which resulted in increased productivity and accountability of the staff, and improved student retention rates.
ProRetentionTM has over the years matured into a wholesome campus engagement automation solution, starting meaningful engagement of the student from the time he is a prospect to graduation and beyond.
Our first major break in the UK came from Middlesex University, a large university with 40,000+ students based in London, and around the world. Over the last 4+ years we have delivered many successful projects to Middlesex University, which began with a comprehensive process consulting exercise. Their focus on student service sharpened in the recent years, in a competitive market, seeking to significantly increase their enrollments and retention. ProRetentionTM was their top choice after critical evaluation of many other products in the market. ProRetentionTM has automated their student and staff service management, with a sophisticated issue resolution mechanism, centralization of university help desk, constituent calendar management etc.
The Further Education colleges like City College Norwich and Central Bedfordshire College in the UK followed by deploying ProRetentionTM, which has made their prospect and applicant management extremely process oriented, increasing enrollments, identifying students and prospects at risk, eliminating excessive paper and reducing staff needs. Our mobility solutions are one-of-a-kind aimed at engaging the prospect, student and the alumnus.
