ProRetention™ for mobile handheld devices was developed to engage with students at their convenience. Students using their handheld devices could use this facility to raise queries, view/update their profile and respond to surveys at any time from any place. This mobile facility is available for staff to receive alerts & resolve student issues. The administrative leadership team in the university can use the dashboard to access information regarding student drop out trends, student issues, student satisfaction levels in real-time.
