Student Retention



ProRetention™ boots student retention by giving the university staff a comprehensive view of the profiles of students, their needs and the chronological dialog between the university and the students throughout their lifecycle. Users from various departments of the university are connected with each other through ProRetention™.

Staff members can raise student issue tickets on the department concerned and ProRetention™ will track these issues until they are resolved. Tickets are color coded by age for easy monitoring.

All communications by email, phone or fax with students can be logged into the system.

Mass emails can be sent to specific groups of students or all students. This is a valuable feature of ProRetention™ that can be used to address students by groups, by class or the entire student community.

ProRetention™ is more than just a retention software.It maintains an online repository of academic and administrative information of students including their class schedules, milestone events, attendance tracker etc. This gives a detailed view of the student's academic journey.

Documents, FAQs and reference materials for each department are available in an exhaustive searchable database at the click of a button. A complete knowledgebase of each department is maintained which can be used when communicating with a student.

Comprehensive reports can be generated using various filters like ticket status, department, activity, start term etc. This will help ascertain student service levels.

There is an efficient reminder system that helps staff set reminders for a particular ticket or a student.

The relationship management system also has a survey feature - a very useful tool for creating and managing student surveys. Surveys are completely web based and electronic-answer driven. Survey results can be stored and analyzed for generating a variety of reports. Not only do these electronic surveys replace paper surveys, they elicit better results.
