White Paper: Student Success CRM Systems for Community Colleges

A 2014 report from the National Student Clearinghouse shows that the average retention rates at two-year public institutions is below 50%, dropping 1.1% since 2009 and significantly lower than retention rates at both 4-year public and 4-year private institutions.
